1. Services
We provide chimney cleaning, inspection, and related services for wood-burning and pellet systems in the Colorado Springs area and surrounding communities within a 30-minute drive.

2. Appointments
Appointments are confirmed once scheduled. Please provide accurate contact and address information.

3. No-Show Policy
If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and no one is home or available, a $40 no-show fee will be applied when rescheduling.

4. Text Messages
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment-related text messages from us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability
We perform services with professional care. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions in your chimney or heating system.
